The RuMA was a great find in Kuala Lumpur. It's a beautiful hotel that is centrally located with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of variety. Joshua, the concierge, helped us find us a taxi to take us to Penang. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return!

I had the Deluxe One-Bedroom with KL City View and it was exactly as advertised, super modern, luxurious and clean. Shopping mall, food options nearby. Views from the room were great, bed super comfy, staff super helpful. Very well-equipped gym with new machines, nice pool. Thank you it was excellent and I would easily come back again :)
