The best place to stay near downtown Tulum. What can I say about it, it is just perfect. Erica was really kind and made sure our stay was great. There is a possibility to rent a scooter, which we did and I could highly recommend this experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at Una Vida, the ladies at the concierge were super helpful. From arranging airport transfers through to smooth check in & ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street.
Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

A totally zen hostel in Tulum, ran by great staff. Very cool atmosphere and amazing hospitality (I was offered a bicycle for free for my visit to Tulum ruins). I wish I could spend more days here.

Great location in central Tulum. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. The bedroom is massive and the kitchen has everything you need. We stayed on the first floor and had 2 balconies. Probably the best hotel we've stayed in during our roadtrip in Mexico. The staff even folded our clothes when we were out. Strongly recommended!

the best place I’ve been in tulum pueblo. booked the private room with bathroom which was
spacious, fresh and very comfortable bed.
communal areas such as kitchen and swimming pool are well maintained and gray to chill and cook.
close to AKI supermarket and colectivos to go to the beach area.
the bar has great atmosphere Tomas and other staff members are really lovely and professional.
the place is quiet at night not a party hostel but keeps the hostel vibe making easy to connect with other guests staying here.

Everything! The staff was really friendly and accomodating. They go the extra mile for their guests. The pool and the food were great and the room was always very clean. They even decorated the room with some balloons on my birthday (on request from my boyfriend).
