It was clean, quiet, and private. It had a wonderful rooftop to see the sunset and spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations! Really reasonably priced…a great find….we biked down to the beach and also were able to walk to bars and restaurants in Tulum easily.

Absolutely amazing hotel, we had unforgettable birthday stay here! Nothing to complain about. Staff superfriendly and helpul. Huge and clean room, great bed and silent to sleep. All the art is incredible, such an unique place to saty. Beautiful beach, lovely warm pool. Breakfast options are great and was good. Would love stay again!

Everything was perfect!!! -welcoming and check in was perfect they were very kind and also we had our welcome drink. İt was very nice. -The room was the best room i have ever been. When you open the balcony door its just ocean and palms!! Marvelous.. - Breakfast: we tried Fresco's and they had a really nice atmosphere and perfect menu. Please try Fresco's bowl.. - Everything and everywhere was super clean. - They have a private parking area which is very important at tulum - You can walk through all popular restaurants.
