We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NaNaVida CDMX. The hotel has a top location, close to many great restaurants and bars of Roma Norte and Condesa. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and spaceful bathroom. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, so attentive and kind. They really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Do not hesitate. I did not hesitate either and booked a couple of nights in Oaxaca branch rightaway.

We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! The location is perfect, amongst it all and walking distance to everything. Local restaurants and food vendors and also upmarket restaurants as well. Keyless entries to the property reception and your room makes everything very easy. The apartments are new and decorated beautifully, very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. They also accommodate for large groups with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Ours had 4 super comfy queen beds in 2 bedrooms and an identical bathrooms each, loved that !
The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brian on night shift would chat to us when we returned from dinner and give us recommendations for site seeing etc.

I forgot when checkout was and was busy talking with a customer support agent for over an hour. I thought for sure I would get charged a late fee, but they assured me that I was fine. The showers, bed, everything was great.

Our stay at Octavio's was absolutely fantastic. The location in Rome Norte was very central and it was easy access to many tourist attractions and great food options. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean (as shown in the photos) and we never had any issues with the facilities around the place. It was a great place to meet people but the main attraction was Octavio himself - He was a very kind and helpful host. Each day he provided us with tips and recommendations and he helped guide us through everything we wanted to see. He was very accommodating and the breakfasts he cooked each day were also delicious and had good variety. We loved our stay here and staying with a local really helped elevate our experience in Mexico City.
