We loved staying there!
The location is great, the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained and the staff is really friendly & helpful (plus we got some cute gifts from them)!
We had the standard room (which, in my opinion, was bigger than what it looks in the pictures), which includes two sinks and a pretty big bathroom with hot water available everyday. There was complimentary water, coffee, tee, snacks & even mezcal in the hotel, plus a really nice rooftop terrace to chill out.
We had to ring every time we wanted to enter from the street (as a key for the main door is not provided), but there is always someone inside and we never had to wait more than one minute before somebody opened. The street in which the hotel is located is very safe, so don't get intimidated by this small detail.
We'll be back on our next visit to CDMX and highly recommend the place :)
Bonus: the Christmas tree was really pretty :D

The hotel was absolutely perfect so a city break, rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The location is within a short walk to plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. The staff were also so helpful in providing recommendations and booking tours for us, especially Roberto.

We were surprised how good everything turned out. The place was small but it had every detail, 3 beds, TV, complete working kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table, comfortable couch.
On top of it everything was so clean and fresh. The staff was amazing especially the night shift lady we spoke to, who helped us with the check in. She helped us create an itenary for the 2.5 days we were there with the places to go, eat and walk around.
Also the lobby was well kept and smelled really nice

Octavio was a wonderful, kind, gracious and accommodating host. He gave me many recommendations on what to see and do in the city, both in the area and in general. His breakfasts were delicious and he accommodated my schedule by changing the breakfast time. And when my allergies were acting up, he gave me an extra pillowcase and towel for the pillows so I could sleep better at night.

Ideal location and the staff is so helpful! Felt really welcome from the beginning.
We took the bikes out, especially on Sunday this is a great activity!
The room was HUGE and cleaned everyday.
