The staff was amazing, super helpful and always a smile on their faces. Location was really good, although the entrance was a bit difficult to find the first time. The facilities and commodities were good, the beds were wide and comfortable. An extra plus for the sophisticated interior design, which was super comfortable and functional. The al fresco -style mixing indoor and outdoor spaces in common areas was really good.

Such an amazing place to stay! This should be a 5*hotel! The staff were super kind and very helpful, the hotel itself is very clean, tidy and spacious, the decor in the hotel is also really nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Mexico City!

The security man at the entrance was extremely nice! He always attended to every need we had, at all times! (Also during the night). Also the cleaning staff was very nice, I was surprised how clean everything was.

This is a new hotel so it was just getting its bearings when we arrived. The location of this place is awesome, right next to great restaurants and bars and in great walking distance to everything. We loved the linen, the bed was super comfy and spacious and everyone was so nice
