The friendly staff was the best. The location is great and there are convenience stores, food stalls, and cafes nearby. The facilities are modern and stylish.Staying here made my first trip to Mexico a great one. I would visit Mexico again in a heartbeat and would stay here again when I do.

Such an amazing place to stay! This should be a 5*hotel! The staff were super kind and very helpful, the hotel itself is very clean, tidy and spacious, the decor in the hotel is also really nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Mexico City!

This place has very helpful staff and a great location. We appreciated being able to do our laundry (complimentary, with detergent) and also store our luggage on our last day, as our flight was around midnight. There are lots of really good restaurants and cafés within just a few blocks, and a great ice cream shop across the street. The unit itself was clean and tidy, and had all the amenities that we wanted. Really comfy bed too, albeit a bit low. Overall, a great place to use as a base for a week or more exploring Mexico City.

The rooms here are brand new, and exceptional. Very comfortable, spacious, and modern. Waking up to greenery and birds chirping is lovely, as are the small touches like bespoke books included in the room for your pleasure. The staff, in particular Isaac and Roberto from reception, and Alexa as Client Services Manager were fabulous. Nothing was too hard, or too much to ask. Due to my work I travel frequently but often have fluid arrangements, which the hotel accommodated beautifully. They assisted in booking tours, providing wonderful recommendations to eat and shop locally too, and were so generous with their time. An abundance of bars and dining options within moments of this hotel, and walking distance to Condesa.

The location of this hotel is located within the heart of Mexico City. There are plenty of food options around and nearby, historical sites, they offer a wonderful Spa and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. What I enjoyed the most however was that they were able to allocate us with different activities tailored to our needs. They offer a variety of activities, wether they are cultural, or even skydiving, they offer something for everyone with everything in between. Will definitely be staying here again and am definitely recommending this for everyone.

Octavio is a great host! He gave us the best tips and informations what to do around this beautiful, but huge city. And every morning we started with freshly coocked mexican breakfast made by Octavio himself. We enjoyed our stay at Mi casa, tu casa and really felt like home ❤️
