room was a bit small for two people but the courtyard felt like an extension of the room (though the courtyard is not private, any guest can use it). there was fruit and some pastries in the morning which was lovely. facilities were very nice and staff is extremely kind.

Location is perfect which located in Condesa. Quiet, safe and great vibe area. The facilities are also great. Room is spacious and the bed is comfy. The host Andrew is so helpful which I can’t ask for more.

We had a great stay. The staff here are so lovely, there is always a staff member there. They allowed us to store our bags for a whole day after we checked out. The room was clean, comfy with a great balcony! Great area. Would really recommend this place!

The property is well located in the quiet part of Condesa district and opposite the public park. It was conveniently located within few minutes walk from numerous cafe, tacos shops and restaurants. The Boutique Hotel was amazing. We had to make this booking last minute due to an issue with a previous booking. We were greeted at the door by a member of staff that helped us with the suitcases and gave us such a warm welcome. All staff was so friendly and helpful and the room very clean. Beautiful apartment with outdoor space and everything we needed as a family of four. Exceptionally clean and well-located for upscale restaurants and bars with nearby markets. Ideally located 20mins by taxi from the Centro and similar again from Frida Kahlo area. Good small gym onsite was a bonus!
