Lovely clean, fresh vibe to this hostel with staff who were consistently friendly and helpful.
In my forties, I was a bit older than the majority of people there, but was made to feel welcome, and enjoyed participating in some of the social activities organised, which vary, like a paint night, an amazing yoga class in a park, and the regular Friday hike.
Recommend including breakfast - while simple, it included lovely fresh cut fruit every day.
The bunks were comfy with a soft duvet and private safe which could hold a laptop.

Such a beautiful colonial style hotel, set in a very picturesque suburb of Mexico City. The staff went above and beyond for us, they even packed a small breakfast for us when we had to leave at 4am for our hot air balloon ride :-). They were so helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations, we couldn't have asked for more! Great location, nearby to plenty of wonderful places to eat, and central to most tourist spots, just a walk or uber ride away. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous place :-)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Comtesse. It is a lovely small hotel featuring curated works of art and a wonderful ambiance. Each day when I returned, it was wonderful to sit in the lobby or out in the garden. It was great to have a small well stocked bar.
The breakfast featured a tasty, cooked Mexican main dish which was tailored to guests’ preferences. There were many choices besides the main. All were fresh and well presented.
All this said, it was the staff at reception that was the highlight of my stay. They were patient and incredibly helpful, assisting with tour arrangements, dinner recommendations and travel.
I was impressed by every aspect of this bed and breakfast and highly recommend a stay there.

This was a home away from home! The apartment is clean, modern and has very good soundproofing. The host and front security were very friendly and personable. The decorations and furniture were also very tasteful and gave some serious style inspo!

Beautiful in every way. Perfect location, friendly staff, spacious and clean apartment, lovely rooftop common area, great gym! Included laundry facilities were very handy. Hotel was secure and surrounds felt very safe.
