Simply amazing, we loved everything: the breakfast is excellent, freshly prepared in front of you daily. The staff is very nice and responsive, super helpful in the preparation of our trip. Rooms and the whole hotel are well designed and stylish. The property gets you a super nice handbook with cool tips to explore the city. Bath products are lovely and locally produced.The area (as well as Merida) are 100% safe. Totally recommend

We had wonderful stay! Hotel owner Carlos greeted us when we arrived and it made us feel very welcomed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Someone who decorated has excellent stylish taste. We had hammocks in our rooms aswell. Perfect for reading or studying. Backyard is your own little jungle and it is amazing to relax after long hot day exploring the city.

Super professional, kind, reliable and honest hosts. Give great recommendations and care about the guests. Very clean, safe and quiet, stayed 3 nights and slept very well. Good value for money and nice breakfast. Pool seemed nice and clean but we didn't try because we didn't have time.

Gorgeous hacienda type hotel right in the centre of Merida. Such a lovely welcome from the owners - very helpful with local information, restaurant recommendations things to do etc. Such a pleasant courtyard/pool area to relax in (also a second! pool for lounging by). Nice bar in the hotel and generally a pleasing place to wander around. The room was nice- four poster bed was big and comfortable. The air con seemed a bit underperforming though but there was also a ceiling fan so we were comfortable. Parking (free) is just around the corner, the very helpful owner will go with you to find it which was great.

Really enjoyed our stay in Hotel La Piazzeta. We were made feel very welcome from the first moment to the last. Although there was a language barrier (we have very little Spanish), Agustin was very patient to communicate his recommendations of where to go in the city when we arrived. The family who run this hotel also made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is only a few blocks from downtown and the coffee in the reception cafe is delicious.

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with very large rooms. The breakfasts were really good and healthy. The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Location was walkable to many restaurants and sights.
