Really beautiful hotel, very stylishly designed. Loved the tall ceilings. Everything worked well and was good quality. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and they try to save you some street parking that they have under video surveillance, which is a nice touch!

The location was perfect for walking around Merida, there was easy parking around the corner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the pillows. They brought our chihuahua a dog bed. The staff was super friendly, especially Yenlu. When we couldn't find a dog sitter, she even watched our dog so we could go to Chichén Itzá. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very clean, very stylish, super friendly staff and great location. Yummy breakfast. It's quiet but close enough to the center that you can walk there. Parking was on the street (video supervised) and we didn't have any problems with out rental car. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had wonderful stay! Hotel owner Carlos greeted us when we arrived and it made us feel very welcomed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Someone who decorated has excellent stylish taste. We had hammocks in our rooms aswell. Perfect for reading or studying. Backyard is your own little jungle and it is amazing to relax after long hot day exploring the city.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived with staff greeting us on the doorstep at midnight to opening up early for us at 6am when we eft. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, the bed and shower luxurious and the pool clean and cool. The location was perfect and over all it was surprisingly quiet as all the rooms are set back from the busy street. A great 3 night stay.

Everything! We felt like home. It was nice, clean and beautiful with its common spaces filled with plants.
What we liked the most was the warmth from the staff, specially Agustín. He was super nice and helpful, telling us about all the activities happening in the city and resolving all of our questions.
Also they told us they don't offer breakfast, only a complimentary coffee, cake and seasonal fruit juice. I have to say, even though they don't consider it to be breakfast it was one of the nicest we've had in Mexico. Also they prepared it for us very early at 6 am the day we left. Very grateful for the treatment, was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend it.
