Very quiet due to the structure with space between rooms. Noise from neighbouring bars is acceptable.
Rooms are clean, calm and relaxing, including the furnishings.
It is in a relatively safe area, so it is easy to go out at night, although we need to be vigilant.

on the edge of a the harder section of town but very beautiful inside close to buss lines and the underground which is am awesome way to get around. The vibe outside feels edgy so I would keep an eye out.

Location was excellent for my needs. I walked everywhere from the hotel, in all directions: Centro district, my resident friend's home, etc. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was totally ready, including water bottles. I loved the restaurant: long hours, good menu. room service option (I liked better to sit downstairs with other guests.)
Good setup for anyone with a handicapped family or friend travelling with them. Elevator works well. I had a large room, easy to move around in for anyone with mobility problems. Good floor plan in my room.

Cleverly converted house that’s been beautifully decorated. Immaculately clean everywhere. Large, well-furnished and equipped rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant and safe location that’s handy for the city centre and for nightlife. Good breakfasts with proper orange juice.

Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors.
