Everything! The limitless food and drink options, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, extensive pool and beach spaces, and overall beauty. Evening entertainment was solid if not spectacular--but I love that they had evening entertainment. Experiencing "The Table" restaurant (at an extra price) was amazing--a truly unique and memorably good experience.

José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day.
Big thank also to others, who we did not see, but theire service was great - cleaning ladies, cooks, gardeners etc.

The location was perfect for us because it is located in front of the best beach in the Hotel Zone. There are almost no services and restaurants around but the buses go every minute in front the urbanization so you can easily go to the center of the Hotel Zone in 10 minutes for 60 cents. The administrators are awesome and replied very fast to my messages and helped us WITH EVERYTHING. I loved it!
