Great customer service, which exceeded all expectations! Provided information about where to get sim cards, nearest ATMs, shops, beaches, bus information and everything you need to know in the local area, which was especially useful when visiting the first time. Breakfast was very nice too!

The accomodation was really great! There was a supermarket around the corner, some restaurants and shops nearby as well as Mercado 28 (1min walk). Everything we needed was there: airconditioning and a fan, hot water, closet, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, plates, glasses and mugs, cutlery, towels, extra toiletpaper. The host was amazing! She was very nice and helpful, gave us lots of tips on what to do and eat in Cancun and other places we would visit later. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with big double bed, great location in centre of Cancun, you can use a small swimming pool for relax, in hotel is also restaurant with absolutely delicious meals and drinks! Now, let's talk about the accommodations. Despite the surprisingly affordable price, the quality of the room was top-notch. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and well-appointed space that instantly felt like a home away from home. The room was thoughtfully designed, featuring comfortable furnishings, tasteful décor, and ample natural light. One standout feature was the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and utensils. This allowed me to prepare my own meals whenever I desired, saving both time and money. The added convenience of having a refrigerator was also a welcome touch, as I could store fresh ingredients and keep my beverages chilled.
