Although the hotel appears a bit dated from the outside, it's very well-maintained. It's surprising to find that it's not mouldy at all, considering the very humid location, Macau! All the staff are friendly and able to satisfy my needs, multilingual and very responsive.

The manager and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our stay, the front desk Christine is helpful. My family are really enjoy the stay at St. Regis, the room is clean and comfy also. The location is superb and convenient.
