The staff were helpful and polite. Suitable for travellers with kids as they have a sports arena and swimming facilities. Lovely ambience. Hotel rooms were clean and have a great sea view. The toilet supplies were replenished daily. Toilet bowl and shower area were separated by doors and have a bath tub as well. So the toilet can be kept clean and dry. The restaurants accommodated to our request for dishes off the menu. We were lucky that hotel shuttle services were available for the places that we want to go. Will stay there again.

The room was big, comfortable and we had an amazing view to the "Eiffel tower". The hotel has free shuttle buses to the city centre, airport and main ports.

On arrival staff were helpful and courteous. We received an upgrade room with complimentary wine, strawberries and cake as it was our anniversary.

Absolute perfection! Staff was so attentive and helpful, they treated us like royalty. Breakfast was exceptional - never experienced such level of variety and perfect service in hotel for breakfast ever. Location is perfect, just at the strip, connected with The Londoner. If you want to treat yourself, this is a must!

Great location near Taipa Grande Natural Park and Ecological pond of Wetland. We even walk to the airport. It's very easy to find food near by, great Portuguese and Canton restaurants. Value for money.
