Room, setting, peaceful. A welcome retreat from the busyness of the Medina. Very good food and not too far from town to enjoy many of the great restaurants just outside the Medina (though taxis are required and best arranged via the hotel).

Excellent accommodation, communication by a manager by WhatsApp or Phone for request and questions about our stay and how to come to the accommodation. Great help and interested in us as guests. Very welcome at the accommodation, with a tea and pastry / cakes, they give us the wedding tradition with milk. They welcome us at our room, they give a warm heart welcome to them accommodation.
The check out even not in a rush, even they asked to stay longer for have a tea or coffee. The service is not just a service or like other hotels based on money, it’s a welcome feeling you will not find in many hotels.

Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours!
The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose.
The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails.
Breakfast and meals were great and had a homely feel.10/10 the entire staff made our days and we are looking forward to coming back next time we find ourselves in Marrakesh.

We loved our stay at Ksar Char-Bagh!First and foremost, the entire team of staff are amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to fill our trip with warmth and hospitality, giving us great ideas and setting us up in beautiful places during the day and in the evening. The grounds are stunning but peaceful, offering a real feeling of escape. The food, a good portion of which is grown on-site in the lovely vegetable gardens(!!), is varied and delicious. We would definitely recommend the experience and come back again!
