During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced.
We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk.
The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

Room, setting, peaceful. A welcome retreat from the busyness of the Medina. Very good food and not too far from town to enjoy many of the great restaurants just outside the Medina (though taxis are required and best arranged via the hotel).

The staff were exceptionally attentive, always polite, and full of warm smiles.
The hotel is managed by three young professionals — including two wonderful brothers who also own the property — who were always present to ensure everything ran smoothly and our stay was flawless.
