The atmosphere is so lovely and relaxing! The rooms and terrace are comfortable and very aesthetically pleasing. The riad is 4 min walk from Lycée Mohamed 5 ( pick up point for the guides for day trips) and 15 min walk from the big square

This place is an absolute gem—beautiful, spacious, and with an incredible rooftop.. Located right in the heart of the medina, it's the ideal base for exploring the city. The staff are beyond kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. And the breakfast? Simply outstanding! Generous, delicious, and the best way to start your day. The fact that we chose this place for our trip significantly improved the quality of the holiday. Location is amazing, just few minutes from the main square where you can catch taxi or any excursions start. Staff is extemely friendly, helpful and speaks perfect english. We have used the airport pick up offered by the hotel, massages, the reception gave us recommendations and printed boardong tickets. Breakfast has huge variety of tasty food, really recommend. Hotel consist of 3 beautiful riads which are connected, has a lovely heated pool and big terrace. Overall very calming and peacful environment.

Art Place was the last stop on our 20 day trip through Morocco, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambience was impeccable. We were greeted by reception with some fresh hot tea and pastries and then given a tour of the facilities. The beauty of the common areas, pool, and rooms took our breath away. Our room was luxurious, with the architecture, decor, and comfortable king bed. The shower was amazing, with good pressure and quality soaps, shampoos, etc. The breakfasts were the best we had in the country, with a huge selection of Moroccan and European selections... there was even an omelet bar. The wait staff anticipated our every need, bringing us fresh coffee and juices on the beautiful balcony. We ate lunch poolside, and that was an equally delicious experience. The location could not be better, right on the main square in the Medina, yet it was a quiet and peaceful oasis inside the walls of the Riad.

Breakfast every morning on the roof terrace was delightful. Mostly breads with preserves but if you ask nicely you can get some eggs. The location was really great if you want to avoid taking taxis and like walking. Overall the Riad felt like a little hidden gem we had all our to ourselves. Only complaint is that you can hear out into the hallways easily but that is probably due to the way the rooms face into a courtyard so it echos. If this would bother you while you slept, then I would advise bringing ear plugs (easy fix in my opinion!). :) Thank you staff also for your kindness and help daily! It did not go unnoticed.
