The hotel staff exemplified true hospitality, particularly Menal from reception who provided exceptional service. Her patience and dedication in addressing all our concerns made our stay truly outstanding. Additionally, the gentleman at breakfast and the cleaning lady who took care of our room were both exceptional, displaying warmth and a welcoming attitude.
