Munir, the guy at the reception, and Rachid, the tourist guide were the best. I really recommend staying here and if you visit Fez just get Rachid to show you around, he is the best!! He will show you around, take you to the best places, tell you all the stories and history of the place and make your journey an incredible moment. The hosts were very accommodating. They helped to organise pick up and drop off at the train station and airport, and organised a really lovely walking tour with a local guide. Breakfast was big and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very nice. Good location as well, and great dinner recommendations.

Best ever Riad stay in Morocco for our family of five. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by the staff. Soufiane took care of parking of our rental car. He communicated fluently and effectively in English and took care of our requests promptly. Our family of five stayed in two adjacent rooms with comfortable beds. The water pressure for the shower is the best that we experience In Morocco.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were extremely responsive and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Ahmed and Mehdi for their outstanding service and kindness – they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The nearest paid parking is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

A fairly new Riad which was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable with only a few minutes walk to the Medina gate. Staff were exceptional and very kind and flexible given our trip was delayed due to one of our party having a short hospital stay.
