Munir, the guy at the reception, and Rachid, the tourist guide were the best. I really recommend staying here and if you visit Fez just get Rachid to show you around, he is the best!! He will show you around, take you to the best places, tell you all the stories and history of the place and make your journey an incredible moment. The place is so beautiful and unique, but what really add up to my experience was the family that runs the business. They were extremely nice host’s, going above and beyond for us, from the check in, to organising a driver, and for making sure that we were always happy (which we definitely were!)
