Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.

The room was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and though the hotel was located on a main street, there was no noise. We had a room on the front side of the hotel and the views were spectacular. The bathroom floor was heated and what a comfort and pleasure it was during a November stay. The housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were kept clean. The kitchenette is basic and okay for maybe heating something but doesn't really serve well for cooking a full meal. The cupboards are spacious and the seating area in the room was also ample.

Room was big plenty of space very friendly staff, offering me water and coming to clean room daily. Breakfast was free with my booking and made fresh to hand of what I ordered.would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Latvia. Extremely central as well. So made it easy to visit everything in the city by foot.

We enjoyed the large space available as a family of 6. There is both a shower room and a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The building is quiet and the top floor appartment where we stayed is clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the open beams and high ceilings, and the views on to the old town.
