Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.

I loved how comfortable and homely this place was. The beds were VERY comfortable and I loved how there was laundry detergent supplied. It was very spacious and modern which is always a plus.
