This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. For some reason, the photos on booking.com gave the impression that the hotel is in some secluded area, but it's right in the middle of the city on a busy main street, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and very comfortable. Wi-fi worked great. We also spent a lot of time in the lobby since it has a small children's play area (well-stocked with toys).
Front desk was responsive each time we called them - once because there was no coffee in the room, and another time for an AC issue.

Everything was perfect.
Very nice and new hotel, pretty close to the old town but not in the middle, so no problems with bars or people going out.
The views from the room were amazing.
We booked one extra day by mistake, and it was immediately solved with no problems whatsoever.
Very very nice rooms, nice temperature for Vilnius in winter & nice breakfast.
If I come back, for sure this is the place to stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, indeed special, located in the old city, in a quiet zone. I loved that the floor of the bathroom is warmed. And I would like to thank the hotel for letting me await for my taxi -for more than a hour - in their dining room, a room which is not usualy open. I appreciated the desk with a lamp in the room, because I had my laptop and worked in the evenings.

The Silvija House is an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the Main Street and 5-10 min walk away from the Old town. The room is cozy and clean, spacious enough and has big windows. The owners are so friendly and professional. They explained me all the necessary information to know about the city. I really loved the Silvija house and I definitely recommend it.
