Karpaha Sands is a perfect, serene space to relax, recompose and enjoy oneself. It’s secluded and it feels unreal, and Umberto - the managing director - and his crew go constantly out of their way to spoil the guests and make their staying a delight.

Great guest house with lovely owners and staff.Rooms are so comfortable.The breakfasts they serve you on the balcony overlooking beach,the breakfasts are delicous.1 minute walk and your on a lovely beach which you literally have to yourself.On the left of beach is coral reef you can snorkle.Restuarants just short walk away and a 10 minute walk to Pasikuda beach.

I like that the room and the bathroom were big and very clean, the garden was beautiful.
The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it is exactly between the beautiful beach of Passikudah and the city of Valachchenai.
Also, the owner family is very nice and helpful, you feel at home right away.
I recommend this home stay.

We loved everything here.
Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable.
The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you.
The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious.
It is the perfect place to recharge.
Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

It is very well maintained. You have a lot of privacy. It is very calm, the host & the whole staff is very lovely & helpful. The dinner and breakfast was always very delicous. They helped us with everything we needed. We had an amazing time & enjoyed the conversations with everyone there.

It was clean, well maintained and the service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chef cooked new styles of curries for us everyday. The beach is very clean and beautiful.

Big Cindy room with a pretty garden view. Excelent wifi and water refill. The place used to be an Ashram, it’s peacefull with nice buildings. Few blocks to Kalkulah and Passikudah beaches
