Well quiet place. Friendly landlord.lot of helpful information. As a srilankan came from uk they offered string hopper and kiribath another day with fresh fruits and juice. Tea was great. My son loves coffee he loves too.Mr.kumara who serve food and room service with pleasant smile and humble. We love it. If we come we come again. Most place we been cheated with commends. This place is great. We wish them the best. Trust me you'll be enjoy. Because I don't want you'll be to disappointed. Speak the truth we traveller's as one. We don't don't each other. The location is extremely quiet but nearby all the shops, restaurants and attractions. The owner is a lovely man, very responsive and very helpful. The staff is excellent and service also. I loved the swimming pool and the garden. O highly recommend this place. It is a big value for money.

Great, very new Hotel in great Location towards the attractions of Colombo with very clean rooms in a good size and great pools and many restaurants and bars. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel, from the great welcoming staff in the Lobby, to the Front Desk, to Housekeeping (Sanju in Floor 9 was great!), the Head Sommelier Wellington, the staff in the restaurants and bars, and all Security Guards and other staff throughout the Hotel. While the Hotel itself is great and on 5-Star level, the staff made the experience extraordinary. Staying here at the end of our two week Sri Lanka trip was a perfect last Sri Lanka experience.

An absolutely excellent stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the mornings. The hotel restaurant serves amazing food, our only regret is not dining there more often. The location is perfect, just a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls. If I ever return to Colombo, this will be the only hotel I stay at!

The host was very hospitable. The place was squeaky clean. It was my first time being at a hostel, and I did not bring a padlock with me. The owner was kind enough to lend me one. The breakfast was exceptional as well. They served us authentic Sri Lankan string hoppers along with a couple sides like coconut sambol (I think), daal curry, chickpeas and eggs. I recommend the place.

Great cultural/historical experience. If you a bawa fan this stay is essential. So well preserved, and the staff make the experience authentic. While the stay felt like a preserved time capsule it also offered a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Tharak and Anthony were great hosts. Helpful and friendly.
