The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around.
One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service....
Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. His service was a beautiful surpise and we felt welcomed .

I stayed at the urban garden for 5 nights in a bunk bed in the ladies only dorm. The whole place is absolutly spotless, well kept and cared for. Well done to the cleaning team, not easy job and they doing it great! The bed was super confy and the shower with good pressure and very hot. Every evening i would find fresh tea and typical sweets in the common area which i believe came from the hostel. Nice touch!
The restaurant is lively and to my surprise food was excellent and not overpriced. All staff including cleaning staff had a very good to perfect english.
At the reception which is the first point of connection between a guest and the business i met Houssam, what can i say. Extremelly professionally, easy to talk to, very accomodating and above all he cared. He cared abt the clients and about his work - a rare thing these days.
I must add that all staff at reception were great and very helpful but Houssam had to be mentioned for the honest care i felt.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and recently renovated, with nice furniture throughout. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The facilities are well maintained, with hot water always available. There was no discomfort whatsoever during the stay. Services were efficient and very responsive whenever we asked for anything. Everything in the room was available, functional, and in good condition.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
