Staff was very professional and so welcoming especially Houssam who was so genuine and ready to help with everything. Always smiling and asking if anything is needed. Rooms are so spacious and very clean. I’d say very comfortable stay especially with a location in the city center close to everything on foot.

The hotel was well situated, a side street off Hamra. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was very smooth and the people were friendly. Pre-booked an early morning taxi to the airpot with the hotel that went without a hitch. I had stayed in two different hotels while in Beirut, a longer stay with another one and only stayed one night before leaving Beirut with Cavalier Hotel. Found myself wishing I had booked this hotel for the longer stay instead.

The hotel had almost all the time electricity and water, even the state supplies just 2 hours per day. They had only short shortages. The location was very good for Hamra, however the street is full of Syrian beggars and they are harrasing and agressive. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, but quite serious.
