A wonderful and stylish hotel , the most recent renovation was done with utmost taste and elegance , a truly lovely hotel with great rooms, in the stylish Lebanese fashion, a good mixture of European and Middle Eastern style , very friendly staff, may be some times not very well trained (restaurant) but on the whole I would say definitely the best and nicest hotel of Beirut.

This was honestly the BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had! The location was perfect and super safe — I had everything I needed right around me: pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, a shopping mall and the supermarket all 5mins away. It also happened to be my birthday and the team made it unforgettable! They surprised me with an upgrade to the top floor, which absolutely made my day. And a huge shoutout to Sally who went above & beyond for all my requests and to Fadi, Kanaan, Sameer, Kabalan, Sara, Rafi & everyone else at the hotel including the breakfast and cleaning staff — thank you for your kindness, your recommendations, your help and for making me feel so comfortable and happy 😊💛 The hotel has a spa and a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room ! They also have a great rooftop view with a pool and I managed to get up at 6am to watch the sunrise :) Royal Tulip Lebanon, you’ve set the bar VERY high! I cant wait to visit again

Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)
