This is the perfect accommodation for a solo traveller or couple. As someone who has travelled to many countries and stayed in various accommodation type from hotels to Airbnb to dorms, this is one of the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. Apartment is accessible from Exit 12 of Seoul station, do not even have to exit the station to street level. Studio is well equipped with everything that you need for a long term stay - microwave, kettle, towels, shower amenities. Water pressure is strong and water heater works well especially in winter. Bed and pillows were comfortable, curtains were semi block out but good enough to block most of the light. Apartment was very clean and lightly scented, ideal for sensitive sleepers. Will definitely stay here again given the convenience to lines 1, 4, AREX and KTX.

I hadn't been to Seoul in nearly 20 years, and many areas were unfamiliar to me. The host proactively contacted me several times after I booked the room, providing a crystal-clear explanation of the hotel's location and the quickest way to get there. He even gave me a heads-up on the weather before arriving. His warm hospitality made my trip a perfect experience. The room was very clean, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, which was very convenient. There were also laundry facilities. Nearby are many authentic restaurants, two convenience stores, and an Olive Young. All my daily needs were taken care of.

The apartment is tiny and really comfortable..we liked everything. Everything was clean perfectly and we felt like home. It’s self check in so you won’t meet any host, but he send all the pictures so even if u’re a dummy or you don’t speak English or Korean u can’t get lost😅 The position is 5 min walk from seoul station (the position on booking is right, the address is wrong but after the reservation he will send the right address and it’s easy to put in on NAVER )
