The rooms were comfy and clean, loved the location which is right in Myeongdong and it's so convenient with many food options and shops. All the hotel staff are very polite and friendly, they managed to get our rooms ready for early check in when we arrived and they'd assigned our twin rooms side by side so even though there's no connecting door, it's still great as our family can stay close together. The family room we managed to book for our last night staty is spacious and lovely, the kiddos loved it! The free mini bar refills daily is a plus too, my family enjoyed our stay last week and are looking forward to go back again in future. :)

Momo and Gugu were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They also kept the place meticulously clean. The place was spotless. The location cannot be beat, being just across the road from Myeongdong Main Street. Close enough for convenience but far enough that you’re away from the noise and bustle. There’s multiple restaurants and convenience stores on their doorstep. Myeongdong metro station is only a few minutes walk away. Could not recommend this place enough!!!
