We had a wonderful 3 night stay at White Cabin. It is within 5-10 mins walk to the resort. The rooms are warm, spacious and has all essentials. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us.

If you're looking for a pension within the mountains with a beautiful view as well as a very welcoming and accommodating host, I strongly recommend this place. The pension is directly facing Geumdang-Mountain and the valley, and the surroundings couldn't have been more pristine and peaceful. When I asked him for some recommendations regarding local taxi drivers through this app, he offered me to pick me up from Pyeongchang station without me asking for it. Right after pick-up, he gave me a tour of the area and also took me to a fantastic restaurant serving trout sashimi (송어회) when he found out that I hadn't eaten lunch yet. He also gave me a different room with a balcony without additional charges instead of the one I had booked when I told him that I came especially for the mountain view. Throughout my stay, he did his utmost to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious for a single person. If you travel alone, I recommend you book the "Rose/Jangmi" room (장미) - because the view from the balcony was as great as promised. But next time, I will certainly come back with friends, as he offers plenty of more soacious options as well as to grill for your bbq if you bring your own meet. While you should bring your own food, you can also buy water, beer and makgeolli from him for reasonable prices.

The views from the room were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Korea! The location is the best and there's a great variety of things to do and places to eat.

Mr. Shim is an excellent host. He is incredibly attentive and always there to help. We mentioned we wanted to ski and he made arrangements for us to rent the ski equipment at the Phoenix Ski Park. When we drove there, we were greeted so kindly and they even sorted our parking and sent us to the ski park and pick us up once we were done.

Room was lovely, directly at the bottom of the slope. We stayed in the sky standard room which was great and had an amazing view of the slopes too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too with lots of western options
Pyeongchang The White Hotel is located in Pyeongchang. Guest can skiing and the water park at Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park and Blue Canyon, only 1.3 km away from the hotel.

The White Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Phoenix Snow Park and a few restaurants - if you don't mind walking through the snow for 5-15min, make sure you have the proper boots and clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the big room had a SmartTV. But the best part was the view: STUNNING! There is a CU (convenience store) on floor B1, which is very helpful for getting snacks, drinks, and toiletries.
