Warming greeted on arrival by Summer. She was very accommodating even though we had arrived earlier than the allowed check in.
We reserved a family spa room and it was perfect for us. Bunk beds for our two children and a spacious bed. The decor was perfect and everything was clean and looked very new. The layout and general ambience as the room was excellent.
The best thing is the free laundry service provided. It was amazing to be able to had in our clothes and for it to be returned and washed within a couple of hours, free of charge. This was a bonus as we would have needed to find a laundromat.
The hotel also has a soft play room for the children which is decorated nicely with soft colours. Clean and well maintained!
There was also a casual lounge which was free to use for those wanting to bring in take away food to enjoy at the hotel without smelling out the bedroom. The casual long w was equipped with plates, cutlery and sink for washing.
The final lounge was the whiskey lounge which is also free of charge, we didn’t try this as we are not drinkers but the room did look cozy!

An amazing hotel with the nicest staff! The room was huge and extremely comfortable. It was my daughter's birthday a few days before we came to Busan, and there were chocolate and macaroons waiting in our room with a note from the hotel wishing her happy birthday which was very thoughtful.

Prefer Location .. Room was big and very comfortable specially if you are traveling with kids.. The view from the room was amazing - Staff was very friendly and helpful .. If you are beach fan you will like it .( read my beach review )

The facilities were incredible - so many cosy places to relax, plenty of workspaces so nowhere ever felt crowded. There was such a calm and relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was simple but lovely and the free tea and coffee 24/7 was brilliant. Honestly it was so unique from any hostel we've stayed in yet.
