The room was great, even in the basic configuration. There was a large closet, a small table with two chairs, the bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows and egyptian cotton bedsheets. The air conditioner worked well and the air was super fresh (I didn't have any allergy issues while sleeping with the air conditioner on). There was a large balcony with a nice view (colorful lights at night on the Mipo port side, but the beach side is probably even better). The counter had a coffee machine with capsules, and there were crystal glasses of different sizes in case you needed them. The curtains were automatic and made the bedroom 100% dark (good for sleeping), and there was no noise whatsoever.
The bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities (the soap and shampoo smelled like perfume).
I only had breakfast a few times because it was not included in the stay, but it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The items were prepared in small quantities and constantly replenished, so everything was super fresh (perfect croissant and eggs, crunchy bacon), and there were also other cuisines available (the fried rice with minced beef was the best I've ever had). There was no freshly-pressed juice, but the fruit selection was good.
The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and efficient.The cleaning lady was very friendly and would come at 6pm to check if I needed more water bottles. The lounge staff helped me with printing a train ticket, and the reception staff was patient in explaining how the tax refund works.

The hotel is super clean, the room is very modern and cozy. The furniture is new and undamaged, all outlets are working perfectly!
The stuff is extremely helpful and was responding to every our ask within 5 minutes
The breakfast was extremely delicious, however it’s important to note that it is not a typical breakfast (no omelets, cheeses, hams, cereals) so if it is important for you, I would recommend the room without breakfast
The view from the room is also amazing - you can see the sea from the bed!

Great location in Busan, the hostel provides so many facilities and accomodation. The staff is very kind, friendly and welcoming; giving lots of advices for the stay in Busan. The breakfast is generous and good. The dorm is very quiet, clean and everyone gets its own privacy (lots of space for your stuffs). The gym on the 2nd floor is of very good quality.
