Beautiful room, loved that there was a gym and in front of the beach. Public transport also really close. Recommend it!

The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus. We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated! But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived. We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help! On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us. We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

My stay at Grand Josun Busan was great! The hotel's location is ideal, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Grand Josun Busan!

Super easy to check in with a code. This perfectly located, tiny but very functional apartment had the most soundless AC you can wish for. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. It had a nice shower and a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet, and we liked everything about this place. The underground station, coffee shops, a very good supermarket, and an array of other stalls and shoppes were all within more or less walking distance.

Amazing choice in Busan! Perfect location next to streetfoodmarkets, restaurants, indoor market (clothes etc.), shopping (lots of stores), karaoke, bowling, arcades, bars, are all right outside. I personally met some travelfriends from Korea in Busan (they slept in other hostels) who were a bit jalous of the location. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean, the beds had a good amount of space and the staff was friendly! Good to know, is that the hostel is self-service focused, which was fine for me since the messages were clear (that were being send / left behind). If you look for a clean hostel with the perfect location in Busan, this would be your option!!

We chose Hotel Ground 27 for its location and the family suite. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our visit to Busan. The central location was really very convenient, close to the train station, shopping and markets, and some sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We also used the washing facilities to our satisfaction. Furthermore, their cafe on the ground floor is nice, though it wasn't open during breakfast hours, which isn't a problem as there are plenty of other places in the area. I would certainly return to Hotel Ground 27 without hesitation.
