Great location by Haeundae beach. I could see the beach from the room.I really enjoyed the view. The bed was conforrable, and the room was tidy and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The hotel was so close to the train station and many restaurants. A 2min walk and you on the beach, the hotel was so beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was beautiful. The room had a lot of light and was pristine. The linen and towels were all white and spotless. It was close to the subway station and had easy access to shops and other facilities. Also, the hosts were quick to respond when contacted with any queries. I'll definitely be returning soon.

We chose Hotel Ground 27 for its location and the family suite. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our visit to Busan. The central location was really very convenient, close to the train station, shopping and markets, and some sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We also used the washing facilities to our satisfaction. Furthermore, their cafe on the ground floor is nice, though it wasn't open during breakfast hours, which isn't a problem as there are plenty of other places in the area. I would certainly return to Hotel Ground 27 without hesitation.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. We were so comfortable there it actually took some motivation to set out for the day! The beds were like sleeping on clouds, this suite came fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, even a steamer for our clothes. The whole place felt a bit empty as it's a self check-in/ Check-out so we didn't see any employees but we also didn't need any help as both processes were incredibly easy and intuitive.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt like rock stars at all times. Our flights to Seoul were cancelled due to weather and they quickly arranged KTX tickets, itself an experience.
