Staff was extremely nice and welcoming - genuinely. I arrived in the morning and suffered from jet leg, they immediately did a light “investigation” if they could give me the room sooner than the check-in(they did💛) without me asking!
I booked one of the cheapest room of theirs and it was super nice&comfy. And the entire place is just awesome for the eye, right in the middle of the city yet functioning like a peaceful oasis. 10/10 👌🏻

The unlimited breakfast was the best. Leaving our bags after check out. The staff was very friendly and the location was very close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, eg Royal Palace, Phnom Penh Night Market. The check out time was also great as we had a late flight. The wifi was also fast and available throughout the property.

I thoroughly recommend Chaiya Palace Hotel. Staying here felt like being in a 'home away from home'. Aside from the exemplary cleanliness and amazing room, the staff were exceptional. They did everything they could to make our stay the best experience possible. Absolutely genuinely caring. Plus, the location is perfect.
We look forward to returning to Phnom Penh and have no hesitation in choosing to stay here again.

This is my go to place when traveling to Phnom Penh. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, having a ceiling fan in addition to A/C is a huge bonus, and it's right in the heart of the city to get to things by foot but it still feels like a quiet oasis. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly.
