Amazing breakfast in the mornings - so nice not to have a buffet style breakfast but instead have good, well prepared options to choose from. Very helpful staff, helped book the ferry, carry your bags from the ferry etc. Good location right next to the pier, great, clean and really well designed rooms, massive comfy beds and lovely outdoor style showers. Plenty of cabanas by the beach so you never feel you're overcrowded. Great beach shower too. Overall just a really nice hotel - a new top spot in Koh Rong Sanloem for me.

Pretty new bungalows at the end of the bay very close to Rumi pier. Calm area. Lovely new bungalows, enough space, very clean. Owners are supernice and friendly.

Best location on Saracen Bay. Beachfront villa had stunning views with good free wifi. Staff were all wonderful.

The view is amazing. The people working there were nice and extremely helpful. This place is literally on the beach. You have a lot of sofas and hammocks if you feel like it. The whole dorm bungalow is covered with mosquito net! That is simply amazing!!!!! I slept so well. Very quite place to relax, read a book and enjoy the beach, the sun and the view. Yoga class available every day as well which is amazing.

Absolutely everything. This is a very special place for people who are willing to play the game and just do nothing. Mass and Matilda, the owners are the best.

Great value for the money, Helen the owner is very nice, she runs the place perfectly and the location is also perfect 3 minutes walk from the pier.
