I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Broadwalk twice during our trip to Kenya. Both times, we had wonderful corner rooms with excellent views of the city. The flats are huge, roomy, and furnished with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is free parking in the car park below the property, which also houses a mall that includes a supermarket, all of which makes it very convenient. There are a number of restaurants in the mall and also two that are part of the residence. Beds are big and comfy, internet is free and fast, and there is a full kitchen for those who want to make their own meals. We would definitely stay again in Nairobi!

Smooth Check in. Even though we had to be transferred to another room as soon as we checked in, it was done swiftly.
