We didn’t just stay at this hotel ,we experienced it.We got the best hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the last minute of checking out.We even got some freshly baked cookies and a beautiful handmade decor piece as appreciation gifts. The staff, not just polite but happy to assist/help and ever smiling.
The location is fantastic.The gym ,laundry room,swimming pool area,the deck,the food ,just perfect.
I would rate the hotel 11/10 if possible.

Chef or chefs at hotel are excellent and are paying attention to detail. Fresh juices at breakfast, fruit etc.
Dinners were also very good and well presented.
Rooms are super clean. And modern.
Staff are efficient and very helpful.

Good position, there are two malls just opposite the road, comfortable place to spend a night in Nairobi, safe parking inside the structure with security and the owner is always available and he respects your space inside the house, he gave us the possibility to do a late check out and during the morning gave me a quiet place to had a work interview (there is also a good internet connection)
