My flight was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but she arranged for a security guard, so check-in went very smoothly. The next day, I had a conference and needed a cab—she organized that for me too, and the taxi service she uses was fantastic. They were friendly and very punctual. Whenever I had a question, I simply texted her, and she responded quickly. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, like you’re at home, Kathy's place is the one!

Deerpark was the perfect place to stay for me during my visit to Nairobi. I was there with a colleague, and we had a very busy schedule during the days. Coming back to Deerpark in the evenings was a balm! The lush garden, the friendly hellos from everyone on the staff, the quiet and the lovely house all contributed to making me feel relaxed and safe. Our every need was catered for by the handful of staff, from remembering our breakfast preferences to helping with the booking of transport, and being able to order a variety of food from the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet caring. The place is small, and to me that is infinetely preferable to chain luxury hotels, and at a fraction of the price, too. I will be sure to stay there again if I come to Nairobi.

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Would definitely be going back!

The entire apartment was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and top of the line equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. The location is great as well, yaya centre right next door has a lot of great restaurants and places to shop for curios that are significantly cheaper than the curio shops along the highway. Would definitely go back whenever I visit Nairobi again.
