Very good value for price. The internet is good, the kitchenet is well equipped with all the necessary items. The water dispenser is a very convenient item in the kitchen, saving you a lot of efforts of buying and carrying water. The yard is large and green, there are a few beautiful trees. It is a quiet place - you don't hear traffic noise at all in the evening and that's very important for me personally. The residential area is quiet, well maintained with walkable streets. It is safe and it is right next to Karura forest. There is laundry service for a reasonable price.
