I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Would definitely be going back!

Excellent service from all the staff I encountered. Breakfast was superb. The gym and spa is amazing. It's close to the park for outside runs and even though the park is closed, the staff facilitated my access so I could go running.

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
