Breakfast at the Treetops was great, staff were friendly and location was perfect. I did work on the design for the renovation on the building many years ago and it was good to be able to see how well it was executed and has been maintained.

The hotel is like a perfect peaceful oase in the big city. The garden is a great place to relax with planty of lounge possibilities. In the front , with the Pool, is a bit more traffic noise.
The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is fantastic! We had dinner here 5 times and always great.
For this price i could not have wished for anything more!

The staff are really good, especially Daniel.
Apartments are very clean, there is hot water in the shower, all equipment such as microwave, gas cooker, electric kettle, water dispenser, refrigerator, are new and in good condition.

Location is near CBD. Clean and good WiFi. Has a fully equipped kitchen. Hot water works well. Has a fridge,microwave and electric kettle..2 TVs in the apartment, one in hall and one in bedroom. Christine the owner is so fast in responding to all your queries . Thomas, the caretaker is so friendly and helpful . Would love to stay here again if back to Nairobi.
