I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was so kind and even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The Bellman and security team were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their warm and professional service made the whole experience much better. Thank you to the entire team
