Bonnie went to great lengths to ensure our comfort during our stay. He was especially helpful when some of my family members fell ill and even made sure to regularly check in on us. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and spacious, with good wifi, TV (and streaming services), washing machine, and kitchen facilities. There are several popular eateries, pharmacies and a supermarket within walking distance from the apartment complex.

This hotel is a gem hidden on the edge of the Kilmani district. Despite being only a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Yaya Mall and the ring road, it is a paradise of tranquillity. The hotel is beautiful, with the fixtures and furnishings in the rooms being tastefully done. All the staff, especially Peter and Liz at reception, were always available to help.
Another aspect was the delicious food. The hotel has an extremely talented Indian chef, who fuses Indian and Kenyan cuisine. The breakfast, with Paratha and eggs, was wonderful.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel; it will be the place I come back to when I return to Nairobi.
