Food was wonderful, such a great quality of ingredients, so filling, and totally worth it for the price. The place was amazing and calm, and both the private bath, and the family one was clean, comfortable and great. The location is really close also to the lake, and the main street to explore during the day. Futon was really comfortable, and they provided a kotatsu since it was really cold outside. It was a dreamy traditional japanese stay.

Unforgettable stay! Beautiful room with private onsen in a quiet part of Yufuin. Staff were friendly and helpful while also respecting our personal space. Dinner and breakfast were amazing! They were able to accommodate my dietary requirements and dinner was genuinely one of the best meals I've ever had! I would love to stay here again one day!

The location and the view was spectacular. The owner/s (?) were super friendly! I did not expect such a beautiful, clean, gorgeous room and great breakfast with an excellent view over the lake for such a small price. ありがとうございます♪

It was lovely and perfect to stay here!!!!! We were 4 of us, Grandma, mummy, and 2 kids. The room was super clean, neat, spacious and quiet. Private bath has big windows so it's almost like open air. Hot spring water is so good. There's small but beautiful Zen garden which is very well managed. The host is very kind :) And there is Convenient store in 5-7 walk distance.

Breakfast and kaiseki dishes at Nanakawa are truly indulgent! The hotel staff provide impeccable service! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping street and the Lake. I will definitely consider staying at Nanakawa again on my next visit!
