The breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. Also our ryokan (called Mokuren) was a nice villa with private indoor and outdoor onsen options. Beds super comfortable and a fair amount of space in general. Wasn’t the traditional style but more of a modern twist

The cleanliness and exquisite details of the garden's craftsmanship were superb, akin to a masterpiece created by a skilled artist.
The customer service was exceptional. Mr. Yamasaki, the hotel manager, warmly greeted us and ensured a seamless check-in experience.
The tranquility of the area and the hotel itself truly helped to relax the mind.
I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene getaway to rejuvenate both mind and body.

Breakfast and kaiseki dishes at Nanakawa are truly indulgent! The hotel staff provide impeccable service! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping street and the Lake. I will definitely consider staying at Nanakawa again on my next visit!
