Excellent service and friendly staff I had a wonderful time with my mother. First of all, hot springs has awesome view on Mt. Yufu and privacy so I enjoyed having a bath with privacy for 2 hrs during the stay and public both available for unlimited access.

We loved everything about this hotel! Our room was lovely and the beds were comfortable, there were a couple of bugs around which is natural given the area so that was fine. The onsen itself was amazing, especially the outdoor one, simply brilliant 😊 Breakfast was fantastic and filling with a view of the lake to enjoy with a lovely cup of tea.

The room we used was a large space, and I could feel very silent japanese atmosphere. And one of the best thing to me was the hot spring that using natural hot water. I also could see Yu-fu's the highest Mt. in the spring. Finally, the owner's service was also so good. I will go there if I have any chance to visit Yu-fu area.
